SONG PREMIERE: WICKED EXPECTATION HIT HARD WITH NEW SINGLE "BEAT AROUND THE BUSH"
As we start to approach Springtime, Wicked Expectation has provided just what’s needed to break through the last of the biting cold winds in the form of their new single “Beat Around the Bush”.
The lavish new single blends ambient layered synth tones with a UK garage-inspired drum beat and what can only be described as a stank-face instigator of a bass line — somewhat reminiscent of Kanye West’s “Fade”. The Italian IDM four-piece set to further their already established journey alongside Sideshape Recordings to “redefine concepts right on time before they break apart”.
We are all too aware of the heartbreak dance music fans have faced with the announcement of Daft Punk’s divide, making it perfect timing for something fresh, moody, and intelligent.
