The emo/pop juggernaut known as Fall Out Boy are baaaaaack and dropped some stellar news for guitar-deprived rock fans. The Fall Out lads announced their eighth studio album, So Much (For) Stardust, slated to drop March 24, 2023, and debuted the record’s first single, “Love From The Other Side.”

If this new track and its ultra cinematic music are any indication, Fall Out Boy’s upcoming album is going to be hella/mega amazing. The song is packed to the brim with some serious guitar crunch that hearkens back to the band’s formative years, while still maintaining the pristine production sound and pop infectiousness they’ve perfected over the years. It’s fitting that So Much (For) Stardust finds the band reuniting with acclaimed producer Neal Avron, the audio wizard behind previous Fall Out Boy albums, From Under the Cork TreeInfinity on High, and Folie à Deux. Strap in for maximum riffs and hooks with Fall Out Boy’s triumphant return to rock land.
