BAN SUMMERS NEW SINGLE "WINTER" IS LO-FI INDIE MAGIC

Ban Summers is the lo-fi indie rock brainchild of British maestro, Edward Perry. His latest project finds him cranking out some of the finest, remarkably pleasant-sounding sad tunes these ears have heard in ages. Perry began recording as Ban Summers after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and myalgic encephalomyelitis, utilizing his laptop, guitar, and all the feels one could muster. His new single “Winter” is equal parts shoegaze and indie rock banger, that hits all the right bummed-out notes. Perry’s vocals are delightfully haunting, while the song’s guitar and bass lines are poised to reverberate in your head for ages after first listening. “Winter” is roughly two and a half minutes of hazy goodness that, despite its name and sad boy vibes, successfully flips the script on depression and will definitely warm you up this cold season.
